Course Overview
This course introduces you to the fundamentals of flexibility, exploring what it is, how it can be improved with a variety of advanced flexibility training techniques. You’ll learn to apply these stretches in a safe and effective manner, following established guidelines.
The course then builds on these foundations by teaching advanced individual and partner-assisted stretches. As you progress, you’ll get to work with different tools and equipment to enhance your stretching routines. We also cover Muscle Energy Technique (MET) and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), to provide you with a wide range of strategies for improving muscle flexibility. The course concludes with a knowledge check and assessment.
