This 1-day practical workshop covers the safe and effective delivery of group activity prescription including circuit classes, small group training and boot camps. Your staff will complete a short online module, which will take around 3 hours to study, before attending a 1-day practical workshop.

This course gives your staff the capability to structure circuit training sessions that can be adapted for use with personal training clients, small groups and exercise classes in a studio or any other appropriate venue.


Delivered by experienced, practicing instructors. Your staff will not only learn the theory and practical application – but they will also benefit from insider tips and tricks of the trade to help them offer a valuable experience to your class members.

Entry Requirements

Your employees wishing to study this course must already hold a Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification. We will need to see their certification after you have booked them onto the course.
