Learning Outcomes
Upon completing the Indoor Cycling Instructor Qualification, learners will gain a comprehensive understanding of the benefits of indoor cycling and the role and responsibilities of an instructor. They will learn to set up bikes safely for class, instruct and demonstrate various techniques, including hand positions, and deliver engaging sessions using music, BPM, RPM, or training thresholds. Participants will be equipped with the knowledge to plan and deliver safe, effective cycling classes, while monitoring and motivating both groups and individuals. Additionally, they will learn basic bike maintenance and reporting procedures, understand health and safety guidelines to minimize injury risks, and develop essential communication and motivational skills to enhance the participant experience. The course also covers the importance of safe warm-ups and cool-downs to ensure overall class safety and effectiveness.
