Life coaching and mentoring introduction

Differences between coach and mentor

Skills, qualities, and attributes of a coach and mentor

Building relationships, rapport, environment

Effective communication skills as a coach, listening skills, questioning techniques, feedback

Procedures e.g. confidentiality, data protection, code of conduct, boundaries

Attend 1 x virtual workshop (theory and demonstrations)

Part 2:
Principles of life coaching

Effectiveness of coaching, range of areas – opportunities available and benefits.

Performance, growth, personal development

Introduction to coaching models
