  • Unit 1

    The first unit introduces the various conditions such as Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Osteoporosis, low back pain and joint replacements. It provides definitions, signs and symptoms, risk factors and benefits of exercise for these conditions.

     

     

  • Unit 2

    The second unit focuses on rehabilitation. It includes communication, recognising when it is safe to exercise, monitoring physical activity and exercise, behaviour change, exercise guidance and risk management.

  • Unit 3

    The third unit will equip you with the ability to apply your knowledge. It covers health screening and risk stratification, exercise testing and prescription, condition considerations and session management
