Future Fit developed the GM Active Skills and Training academy to equip all 3,600 of GM Active’s employees with the skills to support and meet the needs of their customers.
Taking into consideration the skills gap, we developed a 3-stage approach to target: Online CPD and Advice, Face-to-face courses and Comprehensive Digital Education
Developed in collaboration with some of the sectors most respected leaders, the training is made up of e-learning, webinars and practical activities.
