Retention Expertise In collaboration with Guy Griffiths of GGFit, a leading authority on member retention, Future Fit delivers practical, insight-driven solutions that help organisations boost engagement and loyalty. With a background in systems and coaching, Guy brings a unique blend of technical expertise and behavioural insight to understanding what makes members tick. Since founding GGFit in 2008, he has worked with independent clubs, national chains, boutiques, and low-cost operators on projects ranging from data analysis to coaching, communications, and strategic planning.

Medical and GLP-1 In collaboration with Dr Hussain Al-Zubaidi, a GP with an extended role in lifestyle and obesity medicine, personal trainer, and health coach, Future Fit has developed targeted training to support organisations navigating the rise in GLP-1 interventions. A respected government advisor, educator, and TV doctor, Dr Al-Zubaidi brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and lived experience as a Team GB triathlete. His pioneering work in NHS-based lifestyle clinics focuses on sustainable weight management, social prescribing, and improving health span through movement, nutrition, and community.

Children and Young People In partnership with Craig Jones, a leading expert in youth health and engagement, Future Fit has co-designed impactful training that empowers organisations to champion the wellbeing of children and young people. With over 30 years’ experience across education, sport, health, and childcare, Craig brings deep expertise in building high-quality, sustainable activity solutions for the next generation. He has led the development and scale of major youth-focused organisations, including Fit For Sport and Junior Adventures Group, and currently chairs the ukactive Children & Young People Forum.

Pivot to active wellbeing In collaboration with Andy King, Founder of Andy King and Associates, Future Fit is helping to redefine leisure’s role in improving population health through innovative, place-based training solutions. A Chartered Fellow of CIMSPA and nationally recognised leader in the sector, Andy is best known for his work as Chair of GM Active, a collaboration of twelve operators managing 99 leisure facilities, and for spearheading Greater Manchester’s 'pivot to active wellbeing' an approach that has shaped policy and practice across the UK. Through his consultancy, Andy now partners with local authorities and organisations to accelerate progress, transform services, and support the creation of inclusive, health-driven leisure systems.
