The course is a combination of the theory of teaching in the water and practical sessions in the water to discover and learn the most effective ways to use the water as an exercise tool. Aqua classes across the country are the classes which are constantly full all year round due to the public’s love of being in the water. The days are long gone when aqua classes were thought to be an easy exercise option. Many people now use working out in the water as part of their cross training programme.

Delivered by experienced, practicing instructors. Your staff will not only learn the theory and practical application – but they will also benefit from insider tips and tricks of the trade to help them offer a valuable experience to your class members.
