Rich has a public, private and third sector sport and physical director background, possessing a deep understanding of the complex drivers of national and grass roots provision. His proven track record as a former director of a leading UK Leisure Management company and his extensive operational delivery expertise, ensures the Future Fit Board is aligned to the changing dynamics within the Health, Wellness and Physical activity sector.
