Rob Johnson is the founder and CEO of the Future Fit Group, an organisation created to give the group’s subsidiaries the dedicated resources and capacity to thrive. From the establishment of Future Fit over thirty years ago, Rob has steered the growth of the group to incorporate five distinct businesses with a shared holistic vision, to drive progress in their specific areas. Striving to raise the bar when it comes to the standards in the health and fitness industry, through his leadership of Future Fit Training Rob has overseen the development of innovative qualifications in Personal Training, specialist Coaching, Pilates, and Nutrition that have provided the career foundations for tens of thousands of health and wellness professionals.
Rob continues to work alongside partners and industry leaders, such as ukactive, and on CIMSPA’s UK Workforce Professional Development Board, to shape the future of the sector. Through Future Fit for Business, Biomechanics Education, iCareiMove and Future Fit Technologies, Rob uses his industry expertise to anticipate the needs of both individuals and organisations, and to continue to improve standards through courses, bespoke support and learning and development solutions.
