Nickie Winslade - Client Development and Support Lead
Prior to her move to Future Fit for Business, Nickie led the Learner Services team at Future Fit Training, supporting students on their path to career success. The duality of her roles in both B2B and B2C provision, means that Nickie knows the challenges facing fitness professionals, and has developed a holistic understanding of the sector. Through her time in Learner Services, Nickie has developed the crucial skills necessary to effectively bridge the gap between clients and service providers, combining an encyclopaedic knowledge of Future Fit courses with the willingness to go the extra mile to deliver a positive experience.
Nickie has seen how rapidly the industry landscape changes and the impact that has on client needs and preferences. Her understanding of the career aspirations of a health and fitness professional gives her a unique insight into the best way to support organisational growth. For example, Nickie has seen increasing numbers of personal trainers looking to undertake additional qualifications in working with specialist populations – a demand replicated at leisure centres across the UK.
