The course is split into two parts. Part one focuses on helping learners secure employment in the nutrition industry, including exploring the range of roles available, accessing FFfB’s job board and employer partner network, writing professional CVs and cover letters, performing confidently in interviews, and understanding legal and professional requirements such as tax, insurance, and client management.
Part two provides a roadmap for those wishing to operate as self-employed nutrition professionals. Learners explore identifying their ideal clients, business setup, GDPR compliance, business planning, product and service development, marketing, sales, and operational systems. This ensures they can deliver value to clients and build a sustainable business. Part one is delivered online with interactive modules and downloadable resources and takes approximately two hours. Part two, available from January 15th, 2024, will take approximately three hours to complete.
