Course Overview

The course is split into two parts. Part one focuses on helping learners secure employment in the Life Coaching sector, including understanding the range of roles available, accessing FFfB’s job board and employer partner network, developing effective CVs and cover letters, performing confidently in interviews, and understanding legal and professional requirements, such as tax, insurance, and client management.

Part two is designed for those wishing to run their own business. Learners explore client identification, business setup, GDPR compliance, business planning, product development, marketing, sales strategies, and operational systems. Delivered online through interactive modules with downloadable resources, part one takes approximately two hours to complete, and part two around three hours.
